TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Luam provides help to those people who share their accounts and want to split their payments to save money on monthly and yearly subscriptions. We manage the splitted payments and make sure everyone paid what they owe within their contract.
If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact before you create or join a group. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full please do not use our Service.
Membership and Usage
1.1To use the service you must have Internet access.
1.2 Your luam account will continue to renew automatically on a month-to-month basis until subscription has been canceled or terminated.
1.3 In order to be able to use the service, a deposit equal to the amount of one month of the entertainment streaming service subscription is required to ensure that an issue in the payment will not affect the subscription of the whole group.
1.4 As a user, you can be a group leader and invite people within your household, or join an existing group.
1.5 Luam charges service fees for automated payment splitting and not from the content of the entertainment service providers. Luam manages the monthly payments to ensure all group members get to pay their cut fairly.
Billing and Cancellation
2.1 Billing. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by Luam ("Payment Method") for your subscription, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a periodic subscription fee on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription, any other fees for additional Services you may purchase, and any applicable taxes in connection with your use of your subscription to the Payment Method. If you want to use a different Payment Method than the one you signed up to use during registration, or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by logging in on the Luam site or application our system will attempt to verify the information you entered. We do this by processing an authorization hold, which is a standard practice. We do not charge you in connection with this authorization hold. If your Payment Method expires and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing, and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. In case of adding multiple payment methods, the primary method will be the first source to be charged, unless otherwise set by the user.
2.2 Cancellation. You can cancel Luam subscription anytime but be advised if you don’t inform us before the next recurring payment, we will use the deposit to pay the group instead of realising it back to you. Your subscription will continue in effect on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or Service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms. You must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date in order to avoid the next billing. We will bill the periodic subscription fee plus any applicable taxes to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). In the event that you modify your subscription to switch from one Service to another Service during your Billing Period, you may not have continued access to your original Service. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Billing Period - this means that you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. You will also forfeit any service, referral, or redeemed gift card credits upon cancellation, including if you switch your billing from Luam to a third party. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Luam account and following the instructions on your account page on the Luam Site or in the settings of our mobile application. If you pay for the Services through your account with a third party (e.g., Apple iTunes) and want to cancel your subscription or manage your billing, you may need to do so through your account with such third party.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site or our Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards in clause 5 below. You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site or our Service or any network or equipment used in the provision of our Service.
5. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Service;
immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Service;
issuing of a warning to you;
legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree that You are responsible for your own conduct and User Content while using the Site and/or Company Services and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use Company Services and the Site only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with the Agreement and any applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, You agree that when using Company Services and the Site, You will not:
defame, abuse, harass, stalk, spam, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
upload, post, display, transmit or otherwise Share any inappropriate, defamatory, libelous, infringing, obscene, or unlawful User Content;
upload, post, display, transmit or otherwise Share any User Content that infringes, misappropriates or violates any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right or privacy right of any party;
upload, post, display, transmit or otherwise Share messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, the Agreement or any applicable policies or guidelines;
conduct any advertising or commercial activity on or through the Company Service without the prior written permission of Company;
use Company Services or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
download any file posted by another that You know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material;
restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Company Services or the Site;
modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, publicly display, sell, trade, or exploit the Company Services or Site (including any Company Materials or User Content (other than your own User Content)), except as expressly authorized by Company;
remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Company Services or the Site;
interfere with or disrupt (or access non-public parts of) the Company Services or the Site or servers or networks connected to the Company Services or the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Company Services or the Site;
use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of Company Services or the Site or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
submit User Content that falsely expresses or implies that such User Content is sponsored or endorsed by Company;
create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site or Company Services, features that prevent or restrict the use of copying of the Site or Company Services or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Site or Company Services;
promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual; or transmit, submit links to, upload, post, provide or otherwise Share any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive or malicious nature.
7. Groups and Matching
7.1 Luam provides customers with a service of splitting their payments with people within their household only, we do not condon or support sharing your account with people who are not within your household.
7.2 By using Luam you agree to the terms of agreement of the entertainment service providers you choose provided below.
7.3 By using the match feature, you agree that the person invited is within your household, and you will use the match feature without breaking the service provider company terms of agreement in (7.2)
7.4 By using invitation feature and creating a group, you agree you will invite people within the household and you are not breaking the service provider terms of agreement (7.2).
7.5 The messaging service that is available in the group is there for the convenience of the leader to post the account credentials to people within their household (7.2). The group chat will be encrypted and only the members of the group chat will be able to see the chat.
7.6 Being the leader of the group you agree not to change credentials, if reported by people within your household, you will be permanently banned from our service and the deposit will not be refunded. Luam will use the one month deposit to ensure that other group members are unaffected by the withdrawal of one of the members and to replace the withdrawing user with another member of the household.
7.7 A group leader or a member needs to inform us a month before canceling subscription via email@example.com, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
8. OUR LIABILITY
8.1 We have taken every care in the preparation of our Site and our Service. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to such content or for any technical problems you may experience with our Site or our Service. If we are informed of any inaccuracies on our Site or in our Service we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Site, our Service, and any website linked to our Site and any materials posted on it. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.2 Luam is not responsible if you share the account with people who are not within your household, please be advised you are breaking both our terms and agreement and entertainment service providers terms of service check 7 (Groups and Matching). Luam only providers service for splitting payment within people your household.
8.3 Luam is not responsible for any changes in the entertainment service providers’ terms of service. In case household sharing has been terminated by any of the entertainment service providers, Luam reserves the right to dissolve any unlawful groups to prevent legal disputes.
9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Please report any violations of the Agreement or provide any comments or questions by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You agree, however, that: (i) by submitting ideas regarding the Company Services or Site to Company or any of its employees or representatives, You automatically forfeit your right to any intellectual property rights in these ideas; and (ii) ideas regarding the Company Services of the Site submitted to Company or any of its employees or representatives (including any improvements or suggestions) automatically become the property of Company. You hereby assign and agree to assign all rights, title and interest You have in such comments and ideas to Company together with all intellectual property.
12. Passwords and Account Access
By using Luam you agree not to share your account credentials with anyone who is not in your household group. Since groups may include sensitive and private household information, you are responsible for all use of your account, including use of your account by others. By allowing others to access your account or to create profiles within your account, you agree to be responsible for ensuring that they comply with these terms and you agree to be responsible for their activity using our services.
All registration information you submit must be accurate and updated. Please keep your password confidential. You will not have to reveal it to any Luam representative. Because you are responsible for all use of your account, including unauthorized use by any third party, please be very careful to guard the security of your password. In case you password has been breached, you either update your password or contact us at support@Luamshare.co immediately.
